PLEASE REVIEW THESE OFFICIAL RULES BEFORE ENTERING THE PROMOTION. BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE RULES AND OUR TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRIVACY POLICY.

Sponsor. This promotion is sponsored by 1661, Inc. dba GOAT, 3433 W. Exposition Place, Los Angeles, CA 90018 (the “Sponsor”).

Timing. The promotion will run beginning on Friday, March 20, 2026 and ending on Sunday, March 28, 2026 during designated drop-off hours (check hours for individual locations in-app) (the “Promotion Period”).

How to enter. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. To enter the promotion, entrants must have either an alias or GOAT account. alias sellers must list or consign an item via alias and drop off the item(s) at eligible alias locations (listed below) during the Promotion Period. GOAT sellers must list an item via GOAT and drop off the item(s) at eligible alias locations (listed below) during the Promotion Period. Items that are to be shipped directly to buyers are eligible for alias drop off but will not receive a $5 discount for dropping off. Sellers who drop off one or more items during the Promotion Period will automatically be entered. Each drop off visit counts as one entry, limit one (1) entry per day for a maximum of eight (8) entries. Limit (1) prize per seller.

Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual (and all of their entries) who fails to follow the entry instructions or fails to provide all required information, tampers with the entry process or who Sponsor believes or suspects has violated these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate an individual’s account or delete any listings that fail to comply with these Official Rules. Automated entries are prohibited and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the promotion if it cannot be operated, conducted or completed as planned, for any reason.

Sponsor and its subsidiaries and affiliates are not responsible for late, lost, delayed, unclear, incomplete, misdirected or ineligible entries which will be disqualified or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion which may limit the ability to play or participate, or by any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries in the promotion.

Alternate Method of Entry. To enter by email, send an email to promotions@alias.org that includes: your name, age, complete address (No P.O. Boxes accepted), including zip code, daytime telephone number and email address and name of the Promotion. Eligibility requirements apply (please see below). Email entries are limited to one (1) entry per entrant per day for a maximum of eight (8) entries. Each Entry must be received by 5:00 PM PT on Sunday, March 28, 2026. Sponsor’s server is the official timekeeper for determining receipt of entry. Only fully completed Entries will be valid. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Use of multiple email accounts to enter more than the allotted Entries per person will disqualify the entrant. Sponsor has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant Entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, invalid, damaged, delayed, misdirected, unintelligible, incomplete, garbled, or misdirected Entry, which will be disqualified. Use of automated entry systems and tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion is prohibited and any Entries deemed by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Receipt of Entry will not be acknowledged, and proof of submission of an Entry will not be deemed proof of receipt. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Eligibility. The promotion is open to individuals residing in the United States who are eighteen (18) or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. All applicable laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. Employees, officers, directors of Sponsor or its affiliates and any individuals and entities engaged in the administration, execution or prize fulfillment of the promotion are ineligible to enter or win.

Recipient(s). During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will randomly select ten (10) winners (the “Winners”) from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential Winners via the email addresses associated with their alias or GOAT accounts, starting Monday, March 30, 2026. Prizes will be mailed to Winners and postmarked by Tuesday, April 7, 2026. Please ensure that email settings are set up to allow for receipt of email communications from Sponsor. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable prize notification resulting from undelivered telephone calls, any form of active or passive filtering by any social media platform or entrant’s account or email settings or for insufficient space in an entrant’s user account to receive notifications or emails. If any prize notification, prize, or contest communication is rejected or returned as undeliverable or if a recipient cannot be reached after a reasonable attempt has been made by Sponsor (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), such recipient may be disqualified and an alternate recipient may be selected from all eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Limit of one (1) prize per person during the promotion.

Prizes/odds. There will be ten (1o) prizes awarded during the promotion, each consisting of one (1) pair of 2026 ‘Neon’ Air Max 95s (Approximate Retail Value: $260).

Total ARV of all prizes: $2600. Actual value may vary based on market conditions at time of prize fulfillment.

All prizes will be in size 9. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. All prize(s) legitimately claimed will be awarded. No transfers, prize substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In addition, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value whether due to the unavailability of a prize or prize component, or for any other reason. Prize(s) are non-refundable and must be accepted as awarded. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. All state, federal, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

Taxes. Under prevailing federal, state, and local tax rules and regulations, a prize may constitute taxable income to a recipient. Please consult with a tax professional to discuss the tax implications of acceptance of a prize. Recipients are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes that may be due on a prize or the value of a prize. For prizes valued at $600 or more, winners will be required to provide Sponsor with a completed IRS Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) prior to prize fulfillment. Failure to provide a completed W-9 within fourteen (14) days of Sponsor's request may result in prize forfeiture. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to winners as required by law.

Advertising and marketing. By entering the contest, and in consideration of Sponsor’s potential review and evaluation of his or her entry, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that his or her entry constitutes User Content as defined in the Terms of Service and grants to Sponsor the non-exclusive right to use his or her entry as provided in the Terms of Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, by accepting a prize, an entrant consents on their own behalf, to the print and online publication of such entrant’s alias username and stated country of residence as part of any announcement of the winner(s) of this promotion on Sponsor’s website (and to submit this information, along with such winning entrant’s first and last name, address, phone, email or other contact information to governmental agencies if required by applicable law) without additional compensation other than the consideration specified in this paragraph for the entire protection term of the rights concerned and for all methods and means of exploitation. Each entrant whose personal information is being so used by Sponsor may request access to his or her personal information held by Sponsor and that Sponsor correct the data if it is inaccurate or delete the data if Sponsor is not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. Access, correction, deletion requests or withdrawal of consents can be made by contacting Sponsor by email at privacy@goat.com or by mail at the address identified in the section “Winning entrant list” below, however, no consent withdrawal will apply retroactively to any entrant's personal information used prior to Sponsor's receipt of any consent withdrawal. Other than as set forth herein, Sponsor will treat any personal information supplied by entrants in connection with the contest in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY/REQUIREMENTS. By entering, entrant agrees to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, directors, officers, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize awarded in the promotion, including but not limited to any claims for damage to property, personal injury, death or claims based on defamation, rights of privacy, rights of publicity or merchandise delivery. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. Choice of law/venue. For each qualifying sale by a Seller, alias credit equal to 25% off of the commission fee for such sale will be directly deposited to the Seller's alias account. This sales incentive is only available for registered alias users (“Sellers”). The incentive only applies to footwear items sold via alias. To be eligible for the reduced commission fee, items must sell within 14 calendar days of the item’s U.S. release date. Such release dates and eligibility are subject to change. Items must have a release date after Monday, November 3, 2025 in order to be eligible for this incentive.

Commission Fee Incentive

Fulfillment Methods:

Consignment: Earn this incentive by using alias Drop Off to Consign or Ship to Consign (see the FAQ section, “What are Drop Off to Consign and Ship to Consign?”). To maximize your consignment incentive, consign items as early as possible within the release window to allow adequate time for verification before the sale.
Received within 1 business day: We recommend using alias Drop Off to qualify for this incentive. Items that are shipped and received within 1 business day are also eligible; however, delivery within this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.
Received after 1 business day: Ship or drop off your order within 3 business days of confirming your sale to ensure it reaches alias promptly. This fulfillment method qualifies for the lowest tier of the commission incentive.

The “received date” is determined by the number of business days between the date the item is sold (not the date that the sale is confirmed) and the date that the item is received by alias. Holidays that take place on Monday – Friday are counted as business days. After sale, items must be received by alias by the following business day by 11:59 PM PT to qualify for the “Received within 1 business day” incentive. The “date sold” is determined by the number of calendar days between the sold date and the US release date for a given SKU.

The commission reduction is applied directly to your commission rather than shown as a separate line item. The adjusted commission amount will be reflected in your final earnings.
